DUE TO CURRENT COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS AND HIGH PARCEL VOLUMES, CUSTOMERS MAY EXPERIENCE LONGER THAN EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES.
Orders are processed Monday – Friday. All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Morris Whisky which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes or anywhere outside of Australia. In the instance, the recipient has provided incorrect or out-of-date details, Morris Whisky, is not liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery.
Please note that under certain circumstances Morris Whisky may not be able to leave your delivery as directed under a Permission to leave box unattended/signature not required. In these instances, your complete order will be delivered to your nearest Australia Post office or delivery centre for your collection. Please also note our courier drivers cannot call before delivery.
A signature may be required for delivery. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery the courier will leave a note for collection by you from the nearest Australia Post office or delivery centre. The person collecting the goods from the Collection point must be 18 or over and able to present identification corresponding to the name of the consignee. If the order is not collected within 10 working days, it may be returned to Morris Whisky and additional handling costs plus freight charges will be applied to a request for re-delivery.
Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Morris Whisky.
Customers will be notified of out of stocks and offered a refund or the option to wait for the product to arrive Morris Whisky will not deliver alcohol to anyone less than 18 years of age.
If there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, our delivery drivers are obliged to request some form of photographic ID. If the recipient is unable to produce appropriate ID then the delivery driver will be unable to leave the alcohol.
While Morris Whisky and its delivery providers use all reasonable endeavours to deliver within its expected timeframes, Morris Whisky does not warrant such time frames and does not accept liability for any loss resulting from late delivery, including delays caused by epidemic or pandemic. Delivery times are subject to postal carrier transit schedules and schedule variations and Morris Whisky is not responsible for any carrier delay arising for any reason whatsoever.
