Returns policy

  • We want you to be 100% happy with your order and it is our aim to ensure that all products supplied to all customers arrive in perfect condition.
  • We do not accept change of mind returns.

Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Copper & Grain Distillery Co.

  • Copper & Grain Distillery Co handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Please notify us within 12 days of purchase if you wish to return your order.
  • If you have received your order and are unhappy with any of the products ordered, we will happily refund your money or exchange the products provided that you inform us of your intention to return the products within seven working days from the date of your order being delivered. However, we will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective.
  • If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges on to the same credit card which was initially used for the original purchase.
  • If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, we will also cover the cost of delivery for the return.

  • If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased.
  • Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.
  • We are not liable for any product damaged in transit by the freight company.
